Refund policy

Return Rules:

1. Buyers can initiate a return request for 30-day returnable and intact products within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

2. Buyers who choose to return should send a return request to the seller within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

3. The returned goods should be in good condition. Your goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. 

4. If the buyer returns the goods within 30 days, if the goods are not shipped or the buyer returns part of the goods and the shipping conditions cannot be met, the buyer shall bear all shipping costs. If the parties agree otherwise, the agreement shall prevail.

5. Damaged or lost gifts will be discounted, and the corresponding taxes for lost invoices shall be borne by the buyer.

6. Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customized goods (such as special orders or personalized goods), promotional goods, clearance goods, food and gift cards are not accepted for return.

Damage and Problems:
1. If the received product is defective, damaged or does not match the order, please contact us within 7 days of signing for it, and we will evaluate and solve the problem.

Exchange:
1. For new products that do not affect sales, we support exchanges, and the return shipping fee is paid by the buyer. The returned goods will be inspected and the new products will be sent out after confirmation.

Notes:
1. Please attach a note with the order number, return, and exchange reason when returning or exchanging goods, so that we can help you quickly.

2. Please contact the staff for the return address. For unauthorized returns or products that cannot be resold, the buyer shall bear the return shipping fee, or charge 90% of the order fee to re-enter the warehouse.

Refund:
1. After receiving the returned goods from the buyer and inspecting them, we will inform you whether a refund is supported. If a refund is supported, a refund will be automatically made to your original payment method. The bank will generally process the refund within 3 working days.

2. A 5% return handling fee is required for returns. This fee is a bank or credit card handling fee and will not be refunded when a refund is made.
